1. Pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number reference in the order form), is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods, without any penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in point 3 below.
2. To exercise this right, the customer must enter a withdrawal request in which it will also be necessary to indicate the bank details necessary to return the sums paid; the system will send the customer via email a paper form which must be printed and sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to: Openapi with headquarters in Viale Filippo Tommaso Marinetti 221 - 00143 Roma. Upon receipt of the registered letter, the form for exercising the right of withdrawal will be sent by email to the customer with an authorization number which must be attached to the outside of the envelope in which the product will be physically placed and sent to Openapi SpA.

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, the amount already paid for the purchase of the goods will be refunded to the customer within 14 days of his return, by reversing the amount charged on the Credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and Bank code of the invoice holder).
